Plym II will undertake a ferry chain replacement on Friday 14th January 2022 as part of its period safety critical maintenance. Unfortunately these complex engineering tasks take some time and the technical team can only complete the task where there is an appropriate weather window and favourable tidal conditions. Having scrutinised the weather forecast and tides for the coming weeks, it’s been identified that Friday 14th January 2022 provides the best environmental conditions to safely undertake this task in the near future. With this in mind there will only be 2 x ferries running between 06:30 and 18:00 tomorrow to accommodate this safety critical maintenance. We wish to advise customers to plan travel accordingly and accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
